REQUIREMENTS
- South African citizen
- Code B driver’s license and own transport
- Must be willing to be available after hours and weekends
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily fleet movements and routes
- Allocate loads to company-owned vehicles to ensure optimal utilization
- Track vehicles using fleet tracking systems and manage ETAs
- Liaise with drivers regarding routes, schedules, and instructions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, road traffic legislation, and safety standards
- Monitor driver behavior, fuel consumption, and vehicle performance
- Schedule vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs
- Manage breakdowns, incidents, and emergency situations effectively
- Maintain accurate fleet records, trip sheets, logbooks, and reports
- Communicate with operations, clients, and management regarding deliveries and delays

- Transport and logistics knowledge
- Experience with fleet tracking and transport management systems

- Must be computer literate.
- Must have a matric certificate or equivalent certification.
